Terms of Service

These are the terms for using VIP Pet — the app at app.getvippet.com and this website. Creating an account means you agree to them. We've kept them in plain English on purpose.

What VIP Pet is

VIP Pet organizes your pet's care — profiles, records, reminders, travel packets — and helps you find and book independent local pet-care providers. Kasia, our AI concierge, answers care questions for VIP Care members.

Your account

Keep your login to yourself, give us accurate information, and be 18 or older (or use VIP Pet with a parent or guardian). You're responsible for what happens under your account.

VIP Care membership

• $9.99/month, or $99/year (about two months free).
• New members get a 14-day free trial — card up front, no charge until the trial ends, and canceling before it ends costs nothing. One trial per customer.
• Cancel anytime from the billing portal in the app. Your access runs through the period you've paid for; we don't prorate partial periods unless the law requires it.

Bookings

• VIP Pet takes no commission and adds no booking fee, on any service. We don't process payment for bookings — you pay the provider directly, on their own terms, exactly as you would if you'd called them.
• Because the money never passes through us, cancellations, deposits, refunds and no-show policies are set by the provider and settled between you and them.
• Medical requests are passed along for the practice to confirm rather than instantly booked, and have never carried a fee.
• Work you arrange with a provider directly — off the platform — is entirely between you and them.

Providers are independent businesses

VIP Pet is a platform, not a pet-care provider. The groomers, sitters, trainers, and clinics you find here are independent businesses responsible for their own services, licensing, and insurance. Where we mark something "verified," we've reviewed what the provider submitted; you should still confirm credentials for anything that matters to you. Ratings and reviews shown from public sources belong to those sources.

For providers

Claiming your listing is free, and stays free. VIP Pet takes no commission on your bookings — owners pay you directly and you keep 100% of what you charge, whether we sent them or you did. Provider Plus is an optional monthly subscription you can cancel anytime, and cancelling leaves your free listing in place. VIP Verified is not for sale at any price: it is granted by credential review, free to apply, available on any plan including the free listing, and it does not lapse if a subscription does. Keep your business information accurate.

Kasia and AI guidance

Kasia offers care guidance, not veterinary diagnosis or treatment. In an emergency, don't wait on an app — call your nearest emergency vet. You're always responsible for decisions about your pet's health.

Acceptable use

Don't abuse the service: no false information, no scraping, no attempting to break security, no using VIP Pet to spam or harm others. We can suspend accounts that do.

Your content

Your pet's records, photos, and information stay yours. You give us permission to store and process them to run the service — that's it.

The legal essentials

VIP Pet is provided "as is." To the fullest extent the law allows, we're not liable for the acts of independent providers or for indirect damages, and our total liability is capped at what you've paid us in the twelve months before a claim. Florida law governs these terms. If we ever change them meaningfully, we'll say so on this page.
