VIP Verified is earned by application. We review business identity, licensing where required, and insurance before any provider carries the badge — a subscription alone never grants it.
The VIP Score, explained
Every match is ranked for your pet: service fit, the concerns on your pet's profile, breed-relevant experience, ratings, availability, distance, and trust signals — and the cards show the reasons behind the ranking. The numbered VIP Score appears once a business claims its listing and we approve it, because we won't put a score on a business that hasn't told us anything about itself. VIP Verified providers earn featured placement by passing our credential review — never by payment.

What does VIP Pet cost for pet owners?
Basic is free: pet profiles, care reminders, a records vault, and basic provider matches. VIP Care is $9.99/month (or $99/year) and adds unlimited guidance from Kasia, our AI concierge — including photo check-ins for anything that looks off — advanced ranked matches, and Kasia's own handoff notes written into your pet's Care Passport. New members start with a 14-day free trial: card up front, no charge until the trial ends, cancel anytime.
Is VIP Pet a veterinary or medical service?
No. VIP Pet organizes your pet's care — records, reminders, travel readiness, and matches with non-medical providers like boarding, sitting, grooming, training, and pet transport. Your veterinarian stays your veterinarian; we just make sure nothing falls through the cracks.
How does provider matching actually work?
Tell us your ZIP code, your pet's breed, the type of care you need, and any concerns. VIP Pet ranks nearby providers for your pet — real ratings, trust signals, distance, and breed fit — and shows you why each one made the list. Claimed, verified providers earn a VIP score; unclaimed listings show plain facts, never invented numbers.
I'm a provider. What does a listing cost?
Claiming your listing is free, and the free listing does most of the work: set your booking hours, take bookings, and watch your search analytics. VIP Pet takes no commission on your bookings — owners pay you directly. Provider Plus ($49.99/month) adds a rebooking engine that nudges overdue pets back onto your books, your own booking page and shareable link, the pet's full profile attached to every booking, your own private file on every dog, a live calendar feed, and an enhanced profile in your voice. The VIP Verified badge is separate: earned by free credential review, on any plan.
What does the VIP Verified badge require?
